Company Policy

1. All products must be paid in full when ordered to ensure payment will be received for product before custom building.

2. Due to limited storage area, orders will need to be picked up within 14 days after ready. If after 14 days, no reimbursement will be provided.

3. All products that are ordered stained, painted, or finished in any way may receive up to 50% reimbursement of ordered price if unsatisfied with final product. Does not apply to products when expectation discussed before purchase or if expectation unreasonable.

4. Payment types accepted are all major credit cards, PayPal, or cash (other virtual payments accepted upon request)

5. We do not accept checks.

6. Tax is charged on all purchases regardless of payment type. Exception applies only to interstate commerce sales (out of state customers) by law where applicable.

7. Absolutely no refunds on merchandise. 

8. If product is received damaged, a refund will only be issued if item is shipped back to us or pictures provided of damaged product.
